No. There are no monthly subscription fees — your wellness insights are available through the app without an ongoing membership.

The Zen Smart Ring offers up to 7 days of battery life, depending on usage.

The Zen Ring is water-resistant up to 50 metres (approximately 164 feet). It can be worn while showering, swimming, snorkelling, or participating in other recreational water activities. However, we do not recommend wearing it while scuba diving or keeping it submerged for more than 12 hours. Chlorinated water will not damage the ring.
The Zen Ring is designed to operate at temperatures between −10°C and 45°C (14°F–113°F). It can be safely worn in showers, hot tubs, saunas, ice baths, and cryotherapy chambers. However, prolonged exposure to temperatures below −20°C (−4°F) or above 60°C (140°F) may damage the battery.

Zen Ring is not recommended for users under 18.
