How do I determine my Zen Smart Ring size?

You can measure your finger using a flexible measuring tape or measuring band:

Step 1: Wrap the measuring band snugly around the base of the finger where you plan to wear your Zen Ring.
Step 2: Make sure it is comfortable, not too tight or too loose, and can slide over your knuckle.
Step 3: Note the measurement in millimetres where the band overlaps.
Step 4: Compare the measurement with our Zen Ring Size Chart to find your size.
For the most accurate result, measure your finger at the end of the day when it is slightly larger, and repeat the measurement two or three times. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Our Zen Ring is available in sizes 8–13. After you have measured your desired finger, use the chart to compare each ring size by its inner diameter and circumference in millimetres and select the size that best matches your fit.

Zen Smart Ring

The Zen Ring can be worn on any finger of either hand. For the most accurate readings and strongest signal quality, we recommend wearing it on your index, middle, or ring finger, as these fingers typically provide better blood flow for optimal PPG pulse monitoring.

Your Zen Ring should feel snug and secure without being uncomfortable. It should stay in place during normal movement while still sliding over your knuckle with gentle resistance.

If your measurement falls between two Zen Ring sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Yes. You can wear your Zen Ring on either hand. For consistent tracking, we recommend wearing it on the same finger and hand whenever possible.

Yes. You can switch fingers as long as the ring fits securely. Keep in mind that finger size can vary, so the fit may be different from one finger to another.

Finger size naturally changes with temperature, activity and time of day. This is why we recommend measuring at the end of the day and checking your size more than once before ordering.

Choose a size that can comfortably pass over your knuckle while still fitting snugly at the base of your finger. If the ring is too loose once in place, try another finger for a better fit.
