How accurate is Zen Ring data?
The Zen Ring is highly accurate for baseline physiological readings like resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), and skin temperature trends—often outperforming wrist-worn competitors due to the finger's stable blood flow. However, its sleep-stage breakdowns and daytime step counts are educated estimations rather than direct measurements.
